The KT-ALP meat press flattens and tenderizes meat and poultry without weight loss. The resulting meat has a consistent and uniform thickness, and stays juicy when fried.

Designing a reliable hydraulic mechanism for meat presses includes non-trivial engineering challenges and design constraints. We have successfully solved these for best-in-class performance, ensuring reliable press operation.
