The F-19S slicer is designed for cutting fresh and boneless meat into slices or strips. It also works well for slicing cooked or dried meat, liver, poultry, fish fillets, and certain fruits, vegetables, and mushrooms.

For slicing smaller amounts of meat, we also offer the KT-PK meat tenderizer, which can be equipped with a mini-slicer accessory blade set.
